Sunday Evening Yin

Grab your mat, a towel or blanket AND some pillows and meet me there. Yin practice is a great way to get deep into the muscle/ fascia. The whole class is either sitting or laying on the mat. (No flow)
Yin helps with stress, inflammation, lowering blood pressure and so much more!

Wednesday Yin til Ya Yawn 8 PM EST
A great way to celebrate making it half way through the week. Yin til Ya Yawn offers peaceful breathing, meditations and finding stillness through the Yin poses. We stay longer and allow our bodies to prepare for a great night of slumber!
