

Yoga has given me the gift of finding balance for my mind, body, and soul. I started my practice over 20 years ago and became an instructor to share my love of the practice with others. It has held me through the death of my mother, a divorce, many health struggles, and many challenges in my life. Yoga helped me find my true self and to accept who I am without judgment.
Yoga brings me joy while being a part of others journeys as they discover the holistic healing that it offers.
My inclusive approach to yoga ensures accessibility to all body types. I am open about my struggles with health, weight, and love to provide open spaces for others to feel comfortable in their skin. I create a sense of peace and grounding while using my singing bowls in my classes. It's amazing how sound waves can aid in quickly bringing people to a meditative state while helping their sympathetic nervous system come to "rest and digest".
I teach yoga classes both online and in-person. I have studied Mindfulness for about 15 years now and love to run in-services for teachers to help them bring peace and self regulation skills for their students. I am a former school teacher and currently work as an early interventionist with children 0-3 years old in the Tampa Bay area.
